Moderate is the default policy on most managed listings. Cancel at least 5 days before check-in for a full refund of the nightly rate and cleaning fee. Cancel between 5 days and 24 hours of check-in and you receive 50% of the nightly rate back; the cleaning fee is fully refunded.
Within 24 hours of check-in, the booking is non-refundable apart from required tax returns.
The Vaytoven service fee is non-refundable in all cases.
