Strict applies to peak-season inventory and high-value properties. You get 50% of the nightly rate refunded when you cancel at least 7 days before check-in; the cleaning fee is also refunded.
Within 7 days of check-in, the booking is non-refundable.
The Vaytoven service fee is non-refundable in all cases. We always show the policy on the booking page before you confirm — if you don't see Strict listed, this rule does not apply to your stay.
