Member payouts release 24 hours after the guest checks in, on the same schedule as standard host payouts. We deduct the upfront weekly program cost ($200–$800 per week + applicable tax, varies by property tier and season) and the flat program subscription fee, then direct-deposit the net to the bank account you provide during onboarding.
The upfront cost and subscription fee are both quoted on your onboarding call before you commit. There is no separate percentage cut on top — once those costs are covered, the rest of each booking is yours.
First payouts require completed identity verification (KYC) on our payments processor — same Stripe Connect flow as hosts. After verification you can see scheduled payouts in your member dashboard.
